Refund Policy

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@vitalpeptideslabs.com. Include your order number and photos of the damage or incorrect product. We will issue a replacement or full refund at our discretion.

Opened Products

Due to the nature of research chemicals and quality control requirements, we cannot accept returns on opened products. This policy ensures the integrity and safety of all products we sell.

Unopened Products

Unopened products in their original sealed packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Products must be in resalable condition.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days using the original payment method. ACH refunds may take an additional 2-3 business days to appear in your account. Cryptocurrency refunds will be issued at the current market rate.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled for a full refund if they have not yet been shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it is subject to the return policy outlined above. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel an order.
