Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@vitalpeptideslabs.com. Include your order number and photos of the damage or incorrect product. We will issue a replacement or full refund at our discretion.

All Sales Final

Due to the nature of research chemicals and our quality-control and safety requirements, all sales are final. We do not accept returns on opened or unopened products. This policy protects product integrity for every customer.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days using the original payment method. ACH refunds may take an additional 2-3 business days to appear in your account. Cryptocurrency refunds will be issued at the current market rate.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled for a full refund if they have not yet been shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it is subject to the return policy outlined above. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel an order.
