3. Product Information

We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, purity levels, and other information on this website are accurate. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content is error-free. All products are sold with a Certificate of Analysis (COA) verifying purity and identity.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in US dollars. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. Payment must be received in full before orders are shipped. We accept ACH/eCheck and cryptocurrency payments.

5. Shipping

Orders are processed and shipped within one business day. Free shipping is available on orders over $100. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers. Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier.

6. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of research chemicals, we cannot accept returns on opened products. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Refunds will be issued at our discretion after review.

7. Limitation of Liability

Vital Peptides Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products. Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question.
